Front Porch

Front door installed. Custom glasswork yet to be done. The three blocks are the framework for the base of the three columns on the front porch. These bases will be flagstone, just like you see on the rest of the front porch and a painted tapered column on top. The bottom of that white square in the middle of the porch ceiling marks where the line of the porch will come down to once they finish the ceiling in there.

We get a lot of questions about that round window. The reason it looks low is that it is in the turnpoint of the stairs going to the basement, you will not be looking at our knees as we walk past! This window will eventually be bordered in brick. There will also be an adirondak style loveseat swing on this porch.
