Today the tree guys worked on a Sunday to get the final trees and stumps cleared from our lot. They plan to dig Monday or Tuesday depending on the weather. The weatherman says it should get into the 50's most of the week, but might have periods of rain here and there, so that could slow the digging down if the ground gets any more saturated. It's pretty soft ground right now. That's good for easy digging, but it also means the excavator may sink or tear up the roots of some of the trees we are trying to save.
