East side with trusses
This section on the east side over the garage is Addie's room and will eventually have a dormer.

Make sure Addie's room has a good source of heat and a/c. My room is over a garage and I am freezing all winter. Kate's room, over a garage,on St. James Rd. was freezing all the time. Mom
