This is the west side of the house. You can see the plastic they have put up after they sprayed the waterproofing. It was pretty foggy today with high humidity, so they wanted to protect it from any rain. Yes, Dad, they already did the drainaige pipe on the inside and outside of the footings. That low part of the wall closest to the electrical box is only about 3 feet off the floor of the basement and will have windows for the basement and framed the rest of the way up. The height of the other walls are at the ceiling height of the basement. Grading will cover most of these, except where the windows will be, of course.

You will be so pleased with a dry basement. I thought about that and then read you thought I would. We are so pleased with your progress.
